 Exchange (colour ordered)

  • Contact PrettySimple within 2 days of receipt of the product.
  • We will exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product. 
    There is the an extra cost of 30% for an exchange of the correct color if the client placed an order on the wrong color or size 
  • To avoid incorrect sizing kindly send us your measurements when you place your orders! 
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. 
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
