Cancellations: We do not accept cancellations because we make all orders per order as they come in.

Unfortunately we do not accept any returns nevertheless we can make alterations.

Exchange (colour ordered)
- Contact PrettySimple within 2 days of receipt of the product.
- We will exchange the product for the correct one upon receipt of the returned product.
There is the an extra cost of 30% for an exchange of the correct color if the client placed an order on the wrong color or size - To avoid incorrect sizing kindly send us your measurements when you place your orders!
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
* For the purpose of this policy, the term "incorrect address" includes but is not limited to missing suite, apartment, building numbers, incorrect street, city, or state names, or any other missing or incorrect information that causes the order to be deemed undeliverable.
